2.1. Connecting Stripe Account
1. Overview
Set up tickets for your online and Hybrid participants to join the Airmeet Hybrid event virtually or in-personal at the venue. By default, all Hybrid conference events are ticketed events.
Hybrid Participants will be sent an email containing a QR code to scan and check in at the event.
Let's see how to set up tickets for your Airmeet Hybrid Conference.
2. Add your Ticket
Step 1. Go to the "Events dashboard" and select the Airmeet where you want the ticketing option.
Step 2: Click on the "Registration" tab, then click on the "Ticketing" button from LHS.
Airmeet creates a default ticket of "0" price, which can be edited if required or deleted if you want to add your own ticket.
Step 3. Click on 'Add Ticket' and start entering the required fields.
Note: You must connect with your Stripe account for a non-zero ticket price at a community level.
2.1. Connecting Stripe Account
a. Click 'Connect a Stripe account. This will take you to the Stripe account setup page.
Disclaimer: Currently, Airmeet does not support connecting a Stripe account with Indian, Malaysian & UAE bank accounts.
b. Enter the business email ID you want to use with Stripe on the portal. You can connect with your existing Stripe account or create a new Stripe account with Airmeet Inc.

c. Enter your business information and submit your bank details. Finish the KYC (Know Your Customer) due diligence process per your country of business. This enables us to manage transactions while staying compliant with international business rules.
d. Once you have completed the Stripe KYC details, you will be redirected to the Airmeet organizer dashboard. At this point, you will be able to see that your Stripe account is pending approval. Stripe usually takes 2 to 5 minutes to verify the KYC details.
e. After you have successfully completed the Stripe registration and verification process, the 'Tickets' tab will reflect the latest status of your Stripe account. If it shows 'Stripe account connected, you are ready to add your first ticket. If it shows 'Registration incomplete' or 'Verification pending,' please check your Stripe account dashboard and return after the registration and verification are completed.
Note: The stripe account can only be reset or disconnected by sending a request to our support team. After resetting the stripe account, if the organizer wishes to connect his stripe account (in case the ticket sale is live), he needs to pause the sale by editing the sale end date and time and mark it as sold out from the dashboard.
Step 4: Enter the following information to add your ticket:
1. Ticket Name: Enter the ticket name which would be displayed to participants.
2. Ticket Type: Select the access type of ticket for online & Hybrid participants to have access.
Online: Participants will have only access to join the event Virtually.
Hybrid: Participants will have only access to join the event In-person & Virtually.
3. Price: Enter the ticket selling price.
4. Currency: Choose the currency supported by your Stripe account.
5. Quantity: Enter the number of tickets that should be sold.
6. Sale details: Enter the ticket start & end date & time.
7. Additional information: Enter the ticket description and message for the attendees.
Step 5: Click on "Save."
