1. If your payment was completed successfully and you could view the order details page with the order status being shown as "Successful", then please check your spam folder in your inbox. If you still can't find the tickets, please reach out to the event organizer for payment confirmation or email the Airmeet support team with your details at [email protected].
2. If your payment was completed successfully, but your order status is showing as pending, then please wait for 15 minutes. You will receive a ticket confirmation or a failure email. This rarely happens due to many ticket orders being processed simultaneously.
3. If your payment was completed, but the order status is showing as 'Failed', do not worry. You will receive an order failure email. If the money was deducted during checkout, it would be credited back.
