1. Overview

Give your event a personalized touch from the very beginning! With the Welcome Illustration & Welcome Text feature, you can now showcase a custom visual and messaging that appears to attendees as they load into the event. It’s perfect for reinforcing your brand or setting the tone before the event begins. 

The Welcome Illustration is the first image your attendees will see when entering your event — during early access, live sessions, or replays. By default, Airmeet shows a standard illustration, but now you can upload your own visual that aligns with your brand identity.

Note: This image will only appear inside the event interface. It does not affect the Community or Events Dashboards.

2. Add Welcome illustration

Step 1: Go to your events dashboard and select the Branding tab. 

Step 2: Look for "Welcome Illustration" and upload your image.

Recommended format JPG, SVG or PNG | 

File Size : Up to 2 MB

Dimension : Square Image of 1:1 ratio (64*64, 84*84)

Step 3: Once uploaded, you can preview the welcome illustration by clicking on the "View Event."

3. Add Welcome text

Step 1: Go to your events dashboard and select the Branding tab. 

Step 2: Look for "Welcome Message" and enter your text.  

The maximum allowed character limit is 100 characters.

Step 3: Once saved, you can preview the welcome message by clicking on the "View Event."
