Make sure that everyone can access your events by enabling Airmeet Multilingual Closed Captions for your live sessions. Organizers can choose to keep the caption on or turn it off as per the event requirements and add languages for their participants. Please encourage all your participants to engage equally in the live sessions.

Airmeet supports up to 10 languages as "primary language" and up to 20+ as "secondary languages."

Please take note that closed captions are by default turned off. You need to enable the same from Dashboard or in-event settings

  2. It is necessary to enable closed captions because they are manually disabled.

  3. The maximum number of lines that can be shown is:
    1. If only the speaker is speaking, a maximum of 3 lines.

    2. The most recent two speakers will be shown if there are multiple speakers.

    3. For the first speaker, one line, and the second speaker, two lines (at maximum).

  4. Closed captions are not supported on lite mode, mobile, or iPad applications.

  5. Closed captions work well with screen sharing and the stage backdrop if applied.

  6. Closed Captions doesn't support any pre-recorded videos played or RTMP-based sessions along with sessions as a video call session.

  7. Closed captions are recorded and will appear when the recording plays.
