Why do my event recordings are shown in pink or in different colors when I view them on the dashboard?

This is mostly because of the hardware acceleration settings of the browser and can be resolved by turning off the hardware acceleration from browser settings.

To disable hardware acceleration, kindly follow the steps:

1. Go to Google Chrome settings.

2. Search "hardware acceleration" on the search tab.

3. Turn off the 'Use hardware acceleration when available option.'
