3. During the Event Customization
1. Overview
Customize the level of interactions available for your attendees at your event. As an organizer, you will be able to disable the "People in session tab" & "Attendee count" for a session.
Configure precisely how you want your attendees to engage in the event with our advanced engagement controls.
As an event organizer, you can customize the event pre-event and during the event.
2. Pre-Event Customization
Before the event starts, the organizer can enter the event via preview mode, which will allow you to customize the event theme and change the setting according to your preferences.
3. During the Event
During the event, the organizer can change the setting according to their preferences on a real-time basis.
To disable the attendee list & attendee count from the session, kindly follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the settings tab placed in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click on the “Customize event” button.
Step 3: Scroll down to the session experience section and "toggle the button off" beside the 'Show people in session to speakers and attendees tab' option to disable the people tab from your session.
Step 4: Scroll down to the session experience section and "toggle the button off" beside the 'Show Attendee count to speakers and attendees' option to hide the attendee count during the Live session on stage.
Step 5: Scroll down and click on the "Save" button.
Note : None of the participants including speakers, exhibitors would be able to view the attendee list & attendee count once it is disabled, respectively. The People in session and attendee count tab will always be available for organizers and hosts even after it is disabled.
