How to disable & clear "Event Feed" for all the attendees at an Airmeet event?

1. Overview

Customize the level of interactions available for your attendees at your event. As an organizer, you can disable the 'Event Feed' or Clear the chat for everyone.

Configure precisely how you want your attendees to engage in the event with our advanced engagement controls.


As an event organizer, you can customize the event pre-event and during the event.





2. Pre-Event Customization

Before the event starts, the organizer can enter the event via preview mode, which will allow you to customize the event theme and change the setting according to your preferences.

 



3. During the Event Customization



During the event, the organizer can change the setting according to their preferences on a real-time basis.


To disable the event feed & clear event chat, kindly follow the below steps:


Step 1: Go to the settings tab towards the right-side top corner.


Step 2: Click on the “Customize event” button.

Step 3: Scroll down to the event experience section and "toggle the button off" beside the Feed option to disable the event feed(chat).



Step 4: Click on the '"Clear" button to erase all the existing chats on the event feed.



Disclaimer : Clearing Event feed data may impact the post event analytics reports.  Please choose the action accordingly.


Step 5: Scroll down and click on the "Save" button.



Note : None of the participants including speakers, exhibitors & event organizer would be able to view event feed once it is disabled.
