1. Overview


Analytics of virtual events is important to understand the stance of your business and organization in the virtual world. The report can also promote your services & products and generate sales. Airmeet does provide high-quality, detailed analytics of the events hosted on our platform.


The event analytics report will be available in the dashboard for the organizer to view 10 minutes after the event starts. In addition, organizers will access the analytics report in real-time while the event is still in progress.


Note: Reports are available on the event dashboard for an overview insight and the detailed report can be sent to community team members from the dashboard.


Event Dashboard > Analytics Tab > Reports > Generate > Download Report.

Note: The data in the analytics report will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to update after a particular action is performed.

2. Generate and Download the report (Applicable for Virtual Events & All-in-Suite plans only)


To generate and download the report, follow the below steps:


Step 1: Go to Events Dashboard > Analytics tab.


Step 2: Click on the Reports tab, and you will see the following reports:




Master Report: Includes Master data regarding attendee, session, and booth details.

Q&A Report: Includes all Q&A asked during the event.

Chat Report: Includes all event feeds and session feeds asked during the event.

Lounge Report: Includes all attendee-related data from the lounge, like attendee name, email id, table name, name of the table the user joined, table joined and exited timestamp, along with some unique table and participant codes (Internal usage).




Step 3: Click on the generate button and download the report from the Downloads tab once the status changes to completed.



Important NoteThe data is refreshed once every 10 minutes, and the organizers can get the data generated and downloaded from the dashboard itself.


3. Webinar Format Analytics Report

  • Event Summary
    This report section includes information on all registrants (new and repeating), the number of attendees who attended the event and sessions, and sponsor engagement data. 

  • Participant registration details
    This report section includes the registrant details such as their participant names, country of origin, and the number of times the participants visited virtual tables.
  • Participant activity details
    This report includes participant details, email id, attendance, Joined session, used virtual table, raised hand, asked a question, and participants in live chat.
  • Session-wise participant detail
    This report section includes participant details for each session, including the session details, the participant's role (Host/Speaker/Attendee), session attendance & participants spent time @Beta
  • Event Chat and Event Question Report
    This report section includes all the questions asked by participants and the chats (both sessions chat and common chat feed) for all the events and sessions.

    Note: The event chat & question sheet is being sent separately in the email.
  • Poll's data
    This report section includes details of the poll questions, count, and percent of votes chosen for each option, along with attendee names, email addresses, and the options chosen by them.
  • Session Bookmarks Report

    Detailed information of all the participants who bookmarked at least one session (session-wise).

  • Speed Networking Report

    Detailed information of all the speed networking matches (session-wise)

  • In-Session CTAs Report
    Detailed information on all the attendee interactions with the in-session CTAs.

  • Lounge Report
    Detailed logs on all the lounge tables, along with the attendees that joined.

  • Session Replay
    As a part of Master report, session replay data shows Attendee details along with minutes they have watched a particular session replay recording.

     


4. Virtual Event Format Analytics Report

  • Event Summary
    This report section includes information on all registrants (new and repeating), the number of attendees who attended the event and sessions, sponsor engagement data, and booth summary data.
  • Participant Registration details
    This report section includes registrant details such as their participant names, country of origin, the number of times virtual tables were visited by the participants, and raised hand features used by the participant.
  • Participant Activity details
    This report section includes participants' activities like attendance, Joined session, Used Virtual Table in Lounge, Raised Hands, questions asked, and Participated in the live chat by the relevant participant. 
  • Session attendance overview
    This report section contains the number of participants who attended a particular session with their role (Speaker, Exhibitor, Organizer, or Attendee)
  • Session-wise participant detail
    This report section includes participant details for each session, including the session details, the role of the participant (Host/Speaker/Attendee), 
    session attendance & participants spent time.
  • Sponsor branding engagement
    This report section includes the engagement metrics of event partners in an event by participants, including the total views and unique clicks for a particular sponsor tab.
  • Booths summary
    This report section includes booth details set up by the event organizer, including total and unique visitors and overall booth engagement done by participants.

    • No. of unique visits
    • No. of unique clicks on the 'I'm interested' button
    • No. of times the banner video was played
    • No. of unique clicks on resources in the booth
    • No. of unique clicks on web URLs
    • No. of unique users who joined the table in the booth
    • No. of unique clicks on links added
    • No. of times videos were played in full screen
  • Booth visitor details
    This report section includes particular booth visitor details such as the number of visitors and engagement metrics (Metrics: Clicked on 'Register Interest' CTA, the banner video played [on custom booth the video is auto-played], clicked on resources in the booth, clicked on social media handles, joined the Virtual Table.]
    • Name of booth
    • Booth type
    • Participants Name
    • No of visits
    • Is interested in being contacted? (clicked on I'm Interested)
    • Played Banner Video
    • Clicked on resources in the booth
    • Clicked on web URLs
    • Joined Table
    • Clicked on links in the booth
    • Watched the video on Fullscreen

  • Event Chat and Event Question Report
    This report section includes all the questions asked by participants and the chats (both sessions chat and common chat feed) for all the events and sessions.

  • Poll's Attendee Details
    This report section includes details of the poll questions, count, and percent of votes chosen for each option, along with attendee names, email addresses, and the options chosen by them.


  • Leaderboard
    This report section includes details of leaderboard ranking and final points for participating attendees.
