How will the speakers, event managers and booth exhibitors get access to the event?

Modified on Thu, 04 Apr 2024 at 07:20 PM

Speakers

  • The event organizer can easily locate the speaker link within the event dashboard by navigating to the People tab and selecting Speakers.

From there, they have the option to either send an automated invitation or copy the invitation link to share it with the speakers by hovering the cursor over their name.

Note: Speakers have to be mapped to a session before sending the invitation.

  • Speakers will receive their invitation link in their email inbox. They can simply click on the link to gain direct access to the event without needing to log in separately.

  • Alternatively, if speakers have been provided with the event link, they can visit the event page and log in using the same email ID to access the event.

Event Managers and

  • Event managers go to the event page and login with their email to enter the event.

  • Make sure you are using the same email address that you used for Airmeet registration.

Booth Exhibitors

  • Exhibitors with booths can easily locate their invitation link in their email inbox. By clicking on the link, they can register and enter the booth using the same email ID. Once inside, they have the option to update the booth settings.

  • Please note that access to your booth is only available before the event starts. However, once the event has commenced, you can still access other areas of the event.

  • It's important to ensure that the same email address used for Airmeet registration is utilized for booth access.
